3.1 Anonymous Use

FateFlow uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to provide email or personal information to use basic services. The system generates a unique anonymous ID for you.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use FateFlow. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your device and browser session. If you suspect unauthorized access, clear your browser data.

✅ Permitted Uses:

• Personal entertainment and reflection
• Download and share your own readings (with FateFlow attribution)
• Reasonable number of reading requests

❌ Prohibited Uses:

• Automation: Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools
• Abuse: Excessive requests in short time (over 50 times/hour)
• Commercial Use: Reselling or commercializing our services without permission
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decrypt, decompile, or crack our AI systems
• Harmful Content: Inputting illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Impersonation: Pretending readings are from human tarot readers
• IP Infringement: Removing our attribution or copyright notices

5.1 Pricing

- Free Content: First 400 words of each reading viewable for free
- Full Reading: One-time payment to unlock complete content (approx. 1500-2000 words)
- Prices displayed in your local currency, including applicable taxes

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is our Merchant of Record, responsible for:

• Collecting payments
• Calculating and collecting sales tax/VAT
• Providing invoices
• Processing refunds

5.3 No Subscriptions

FateFlow does not use subscription models. Each purchase is a one-time transaction with no auto-renewal.

6.1 Our Rights

FateFlow and all its content (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, AI models, tarot card images) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You own the questions (intent) you input. For AI-generated reading content:

• You can view, download, and share readings you purchased
• Non-commercial use requires no additional permission
• Commercial use requires our written permission
• Sharing must include "Powered by FateFlow" attribution

8.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services (in whole or in part) at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Technical maintenance
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Business decisions

Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Upon service termination, you will have reasonable time to export your data.

8.2 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using services at any time. To delete your data, contact us.

9.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by [Your Jurisdiction] law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• Mediation: If negotiation fails, attempt mediation
• Arbitration: Finally resolve through binding arbitration

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FateFlow.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under this agreement. We may assign our rights in merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

10.4 Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
